RECORD WARM THREE MONTHS IN
EAST ON AVERAGE WITH WARM
JUNE AND SEPTEMBER AS BOOKENDS
FOR HOT, HOT EAST COAST SUMMER..

 

Temperatures peaked at 100 degrees

several times at Newark, NJ

 

September was warm and dry, but a

major reversal followed in  October

2005 with copious rains, mounting

to a record 16.7" for month at NYC!!!!
